Lobuche East - 6,119m - pre climb

Lobuche is located above the village of the same name on the way from Pheriche to the Mount Everest base camp, about 30km southwest of Mount Everest. The ascent along the normal route is relatively easy, but requires more than just trekking. The trail follows a snow ridge with up to 50° steep parts, partly quite exposed.
